When you focus on the barrier itself, it can be a real challenge and can often slow you down or even stop you. When you focus beyond the barrier, and remember that you were designed for greatness, then you easily break through to the other side. Keep your focus on the other side of the barrier, always! The reason that we exercise is to break down our muscles and rebuild them even stronger and faster than they were before. Think about how the challenges that you have faced have shaped you. Every challenge presented you with an opportunity for growth. Ask yourself the question... "What can I learn from this challenge?"
